After more than fifteen years building products and software across large enterprises, SMEs and startups, I came into Executive Search as CTO at Talengo. It is a relationship-driven industry, deeply tied to the real economy, and one where technology can create real leverage without replacing the human judgment at the heart of the work.
I started Hegelian to help Executive Search firms turn fragmented data, manual processes and disconnected systems into a competitive advantage. My background spans strategy, product and hands-on engineering, and I work comfortably from business model to code.
